National Multi-disciplined Property Marketing & Surveying
Many new drone jobs will be available to members of Drone Safe Register over the next 12 months, following the decision by one of the UK’s largest property marketing companies to appoint Drone Safe Register as its preferred supplier of drone operators.
Fourwalls Group Ltd is a national, multi-disciplined property marketing and surveying company providing services such as marketing, floor plan design, EPC ratings, measured building and topographical surveys, CGI and 3D imagery, Land Registry plans and area measurement reports.. The company provides plans certified to the standard of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and advises on the International Property Measurement Standards.
“The Fourwalls team pride themselves on achieving the highest standards in their work at all times,” explained DSR Chief Exec Mark Boyt.
“Fourwalls chose Drone Safe Register as its preferred supplier not only because we have the largest network of professional drone operators in the UK, but because we have proven ourselves over recent months capable of meeting the standards required.
“A beautifully designed and produced property brochure, with excellent images and a corresponding online presence, are important components of Fourwalls’ marketing plans.
“Our drone pilots will be operating to tight quality control and delivery parameters, while working alongside commercially-trained and RICS-certified property surveyors who are committed to the highest professional and ethical standards. Accuracy is paramount.”
Although the majority of the work will involve photographing and videoing private and commercial properties for inclusion in marketing brochures and for use on social media and websites, there will also be opportunities for site and property surveys, inspections, thermal imagery, laser scanning,, elevated exterior surveys, civil infrastructure surveys, and mapping for Land Registry-compliant plans and Area Measurement Reports. Other jobs may involve working on listed buildings, heritage sites and archaeological sites.
“This is not only a lucrative contract for DSR and its members, but also an exciting one offering a wide variety of challenging job opportunities,” concluded Mark.
