KMUAS is a Glasgow-based drone inspection company providing aerial inspections, thermal imaging, and roof inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
We focus on delivering clear visuals, safer access to difficult areas, and reliable survey support tailored to each project. Our main aim and reasoning behind launching this venture was to avoid and minimize working at height. By using modern technology such as a UAS (Drone) you are bringing the work area to you rather than erecting scaffolding or hiring a boom/cherrypicker and operator. Our ability to livestream our work from any mainland location also allows us to provide the customer information at a rapid pace. This opens up our scope to a much wider range of work, further enhancing our operational use cases.
Property Inspections
High-quality drone imagery for roofs, elevations, gutters, chimneys, and difficult-to-access areas. Using a UAS (Drone) is safer and more cost-effective than installing scaffolding or hiring a boom and operator. It's also much safer as this minimizes working at height which is now a major part of many companies risk assessments and method statements.
Thermal Diagnostics
Thermal surveys to help identify heat loss, moisture issues, and potential problem areas. This is extremely beneficial for checking over the operational performance of solar panels, regular inspections of these can improve income and minimize downtime as you will be hopefully catching issues before they arise or grow worse.
Inspection Reporting
Clear visual outputs that support maintenance planning, documentation, and decision-making. We can generate accurate reports to detail where heat loss or hotspots are occurring and show their temperature. We can also liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to have their technical support to help identify and repair issues. We also have the ability to livestream our live inspections depending on a clients requirements. You may feel that you will like or require your own engineers to visually see what we can see without interruptions to our pilots to further increase our operational safety.
