Phil Burdge founded Digi-Group or DG Air in 2005, and Digi-Group Professional Photography expanded in 2017, delivering drone-based photography and professional video services such as mapping, surveying, and inspections. We specialise in full production videos, editing in post production and producing something which will blow you away. We mix aerial and ground shots to create something special.
Digi-Group is based in Wincham, Cheshire. We offer high-end drone services to surrounding cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield.
Phil has been flying radio controlled planes since he was 11 years old and holds a BMFA A certificate for fixed-wing aircraft. We specialise in drone mapping, drone surveying and professional aerial photography. Phil is a professional drone operator in Wincham, Cheshire.
We have the expertise and knowledge to rapidly produce very precise photogrammetry data via aerial surveys.
We also support the construction industry by flying autonomous repeated missions that enable for construction progress tracking. For any drone services in Cheshire, Digi-Group is the real deal.
With 17 years of expertise in the photographic industry and a strong background in radio-controlled aircraft, it was only natural for Phil to obtain his commercial drone pilot's licence. Phil is fully insured for drone operations and holds an A2CofC & GVC with operational from the CAA.
Digi-Group also has a camera tracking rig for car-to-car filmmaking and photography, thanks to Phil's history in the automotive photography sector. This has proven to be extremely popular, and it is now frequently used to film and photograph cars for a specialised classic car auction business. Our current setup revolves around a Canon 1DX MKIII camera.
