With over 50 years combined experience we undertake all aspects of roofing. We cover most areas in Dorset including Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. Before carrying out any work and providing you with a free no obligation quotation it is important that a roof inspection is completed.
We believe in offering our customers accurate and efficient roof inspections which is why we also offer the use of state of the art drone technology. Using a Drone effortlessly captures important images of your roof avoiding the additional costs for scaffolding. We also offer annual Drone Roof surveys at competitive rates.
With our fleet of various drones, we are able to carry out all types of drone surveys and inspections, our pilots are experienced and fully insured.
As an accredited NFRC Competent Person Scheme contractor AKT Roofing have the unique ability to self-certify that the work we complete complies with the relevant Building Regulations in England and Wales. This means once the work has been completed and signed off our customers will receive a BRC Certificate plus an Insurance Backed Guarantee. More importantly, Building Control will automatically be notified that the works have taken place, fulfilling your legal obligation.
With every domestic notification, a ten-year IBG is included to reinforce the contractor’s workmanship guarantee. In the unlikely event that the roof fails, and the contractor ceases to trade, the IBG will come into effect.
