AeroEcology Ltd’s aim is to serve both the professional ecological and environmental management community, as well as other professionals in the building, architectural, land management industries, wildlife trusts, local authorities, statutory conservation agencies and landowners in general.
As a specialist Airborne Ecological Consultancy, AeroEcology Ltd can offer ecological services that would not be readily available from regular SUAV operators that do not employ their own ecologists. Ecological surveying from the air saves time and money when compared to traditional, ground based survey methods and can be considerably more accurate, especially in situations where habitat or vegetation mapping is required, thereby allowing the consultant ecologist or environmental manager to devote more time and effort to site & species evaluation, management planning and mitigation considerations.
